   Aloha,

In ELA we are finishing up our disaster essays. Some people are typing, some are peer editing, and some are putting their final draft on book creator. Next week we are going to do a green screen on our disasters. We are also writing a reader's response on a cloning article from Time For Kids. One paragraph is a summary of the article and the other is why cloning is a big business.

This week in math we got our math tests back. Our teacher gave us a chance to bring our grade up if we fixed our mistakes. We have some new math games like impoppable and prodigy. We are learning how to multiply fractions and show our work by using tape diagrams.

In science we are learning about concentration and density. We have an assessment coming up next week on that. We did a lab that proves that the more concentrated a solution, is the more dense it is.

In social studies we studied the 13 colonies and why they came there. Also their geography, economy, and government. We watched videos on Dutch and New Amsterdam and William Penn And Pennsylvania.
